Location: Cremona Contract: Fixed-term, direct employment Working Hours: Monday to Friday - from 7:00 to 15:00 or from 6:00 to 14:00 Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for creating graphic layouts for digital printing, both large and small formats. They will oversee the entire process, from design to pre-press management, ensuring quality and efficiency. Specific activities include: Designing graphic layouts for digital printing (large and small formats) Adapting and revising existing files Managing pre-press tasks: file verification, color profile management, chromatic conversion, resolution, and size checks Creating digital mockups for client presentation Optimizing graphic files for various supports (PVC, forex, canvas, photographic paper, stickers, banners, etc.) Collaborating with production areas Supporting setup and design of POP materials, panels, wrapping, displays, and labels Organizing and archiving files systematically Updating web content graphics (landing pages, banners, social media graphics) as needed Required Skills Previous experience in graphic projects for printing, especially large-format digital printing, is essential. Knowledge of pre-press processes and image optimization techniques for printing is also required. Candidate requirements include: Excellent knowledge of digital printing workflows, especially large format processes Advanced color management skills (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) and ICC profiles Experience in image optimization for printing: resizing, cropping, masking, color conversion Ability to work across different supports and materials, understanding their characteristics during printing Proficiency with main graphic software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) This vacancy is open to all candidates regardless of gender (L.903/77).
