Position
We are currently seeking an Application Manager Refrigeration to join our EEMEA Regional Solution Marketing team at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). He/She will be focus on identifying and promoting solutions to cope with customers’ needs.
The candidate will hierarchically report to the Solution Marketing Manager Refrigeration – EEEMEA Region.
He/She will operate at Western European level within the Ref market, being in contact with CAREL subsidiaries located in the Region. The candidate will support the sales organisations in the deployment of new and existing solutions towards the targeted sales channels, providing consultancy in the pre-sales phase and delivering internal and external training and activities.
As an Application Manager, he/she will contribute to devising new products, by proposing and working on regional solutions. The candidate will be involved in ideation/development/deployment for new opportunities and the related go-to-market strategies.
He/She will collaborate with Central Solution Marketing department for Refrigeration in promotional initiatives, defining communication plans, commercial materials, marketing campaigns, events and exhibitions.
By analyzing trends, running market investigations and incorporating voice of customer, he/she will be a key reference for the growth of Carel brand and portfolio within the WE Region.
Requirements
1. A degree in a technical field
2. Consolidated experience in REF equipment, electronics and/or thermodynamic (is a plus);
3. Experience in B2B market with international exposure (is a plus);
4. Language: English, Italian, additional European language would be a plus.
5. Supportive team-worker, values teamwork, contributes to a positive work environment.
6. Goal orientation, good communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to organize work by priority, define plans and monitor independently under concurrent deadlines
8. International outlook and desire to work in a multinational context;
9. Availability to travel: up to 30% of working time;
