The Role
As a Sr. Connectivity Systems Engineer, you will:
Define wireless architecture for consumer electronics devices
Define key performance metrics and drive modeling efforts to predict end‑to‑end system performance
Perform gap analysis and system performance optimization across radio, PHY, MAC, firmware and software
Basic Qualifications
Experience in communication theory, OFDM, MIMO, Digital/Wireless Communication Systems or RF engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
7+ years of experience in Wireless Architecture or Systems
7+ years of experience in Wireless/RF
Experience in Wi‑Fi/BT/BLE/ZigBee/WAN/GPS/UWB or NFC
Strong knowledge in PHY/MAC
Experience with scripting languages and simulation tools such as Python/MatLab, and etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in wireless architecture for consumer electronics
Experience with wireless (Wi‑Fi/BT/BLE/ZigBee) protocols
Experience with Network Simulators and PHY/MAC layer modeling
Experience in RFIC or Custom wireless chipset development
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is USD 183,000.00 – 247,600.00 annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
