Job Purpose
We are looking for an HRIS Business Analyst for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub.
This role requires a strong background in Human Resources processes and a keen interest in HR technology.
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR software platforms is preferred.
Key Accountabilities
HR Process Analysis:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and analyze processes, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Data Analysis:
Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
Requirements Gathering:
Work with HR teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
System Implementation:
Assist in implementing HR software solutions, configuring and customizing systems to meet HR needs, with a focus on SuccessFactors or related platforms.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams for successful deployment.
User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to HR users on new system features; address inquiries promptly.
Change Management:
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during HR technology implementations.
Qualifications
Experience in complex companies or the cruise industry is an asset.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on HR processes.
Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is ideal.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
