We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Business Partner to temporarily join our EMEA and Italian HR teams as a maternity leave replacement starting in July.
Based in Italy, you will collaborate closely with business leaders across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, supporting our Sales & After Sales organization and playing a key role in shaping and delivering our people strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
1. Implement Group HR Strategy and Policies:
o Lead the local execution of the Group HR strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Performance & Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits within the Southern Europe region.
2. Supporting Regional Business Operations:
o Work in close collaboration with business leaders and managers to deploy employment programs and HR processes that align with regional business objectives.
o Coach and advise leaders and managers on people, organizational, and cultural issues, supporting key business initiatives and addressing day-to-day needs.
o Provide active support to leaders, managers, and employees to foster people development and drive change management.
o Ensure compliance with local labor laws, addressing individual and collective topics with expert legal and HR support.
o Collect and monitor HR data and KPIs for country, region, and group reporting, enabling informed decision-making at all levels.
3. Contributing to Local and Global HR Projects:
o Participate as an international HRBP in both local and global HR projects, contributing to the enhancement of Management & HR practices at the Group level.
What You’ll Bring
* A university degree (Master’s in HR is a plus)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or Recruiter
* Experience in an international, matrixed organization is highly valued
* Fluency in Italian and English is essential; Spanish is a strong advantage
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, challenge status quo and influence, on site as well as in remote
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in multicultural environments
* Flexibility and willingness to travel in assigned countries when needed
