Procurement is undergoing some major transformation. Ferrara is seeking a new Procurement Service Center leader to help establish a new team within Procurement. Leader will help transition the business to using new Procurement Service Center processes. /ph3bWays you will make a difference /b /h3ulliEstablish and manage KPIs for success of Procurement Service Center. /liliManage team of purchasers, buyers, and analysts /liliUtilizing change management principles, help business transition to using new processes and policies for business to transition to using the newly created /liliProcurement Service who will receive purchase requirements from business functions, verify details, obtain approvals, and convert requisitions into POs for agreed purchasing categories /liliResponsible for the creation, amending, and closing of POs, ensuring compliance with policies and budget constraints /liliMaintain communication with suppliers from initial contact through order fulfillment, addressing queries, and ensuring timely delivery /liliCoordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure accurate execution of POs and address any discrepancies or changes /liliResolve vendor invoice discrepancies by liaising with suppliers and finance teams, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing /liliEnsure timely payments to suppliers and support the goods receipt process by verifying items against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies /li /ulh3bSkills that will make you successful /b /h3ulliManagement Experience /liliSAP / Ariba /liliData Analytics /liliPO Lifecycle Management /liliCross-Functional Collaboration /liliThree-Way Matching /liliReturn Process Knowledge /li /ulh3bExperiences that will support your success /b /h3ulliPreference for 10 years’ experience in matrixed organizationulliMinimum 3 years of purchasing experience, including how to make a PO and managing a three-way match /liliMinimum 5 years SAP experience, exposure to Ariba Procurement system strongly preferred /li /ul /liliMinimum 5 years’ experience managing a team /lili5 years of experience presenting to Executives /li /ulh3bWhat We Offer /b /h3pAt Ferrara, we're proud to support our employees with comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO).
