Bobby Mukherji Architects is a global architecture and design practice with over USD 12 billion in completed projects, working with some of the world’s leading hospitality and real estate brands, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, and Westin.
Our Milan studio works on luxury hospitality, large-scale mixed‑use, and urban developments for international clients. We are seeking a Senior Architect / Technical Project Lead to play a key role in project delivery and team coordination within a fast‑growing, high‑performance studio.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to project delivery and coordination within a fast‑moving studio environment.
- Provide technical direction and quality control across multiple projects.
- Independently produce, review, and control high‑quality construction drawings.
- Lead and coordinate teams, including managing and guiding junior architects across project stages.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and constructability are achieved.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in architecture firms.
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept design through construction documentation and site coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for live project delivery (modeling, documentation, coordination).
- Strong understanding of construction systems, detailing, and suitability.
- Ability to independently produce, review, and control high‑quality construction drawings.
- Demonstrated capability in project planning, task breakdown, and deadline control.
- Experience leading and coordinating teams, including managing and guiding junior architects across project stages.
- Comfortable working hands‑on within project teams in a fast‑paced studio environment.
- Experience on international projects is preferred.
- Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is a strong plus.
- Interest in AI‑assisted design and productivity tools is a plus.
