The Human-Robot Interfaces and Interaction (HRI²) research line is coordinated by Dr. Arash Ajoudani. We develop intelligent robots that can enable timely, natural, and human-in-command interactions with humans on both cognitive and physical levels, representing the concept of socio-physical interaction. Our multidisciplinary approach spans the theoretical, technical, and practical dimensions of modern collaborative systems. /p pThe Human-Robot Interfaces and Interaction research unit is coordinated by Prof. Arash Ajoudani. /p pWithin the team, your main responsibilities will be: /p ul liDesign and develop software tools to process motion capture data. /li liIntegrate motion capture systems into custom applications, ensuring accurate data acquisition, synchronization, and analysis. /li liCollaborate with researchers to validate and refine software outputs against experimental protocols. /li liOptimize code for efficiency and scalability. /li liDocument development progress, maintain code repositories, and provide technical support to the team. /li /ul h3ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liA master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar discipline; /li liDocumented experience in software development; /li liProficiency in C++ with demonstrable project experience; /li liGood knowledge of the English language; /li liStrong focus on stakeholder needs and expectations. /li /ul h3ADDITIONAL SKILLS /h3 ul liFamiliarity with real-time data acquisition and signal processing; /li liExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative software development; /li liAbility to work in a challenging and international environment; /li liCapacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment; /li liPossess analytical reasoning skills and a growth mindset. /li /ul h3COMPENSATION PACKAGE /h3 ul liA yearly gross salary ranging between 27 and 30K Euros, which may include a bonus option depending on your role and contract /li liPrivate health care coverage depending on your role and contract /li liTwo days of teleworking per week and flexible working hours are available for certain roles /li liCandidate holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree who have not been resident in Italy in the last 3 years and move back to Italy to start any work activity, and meet specific requirements, can benefit from a 50% deduction on their income. /li /ul pThis open position is financed by INAIL within the CORE project. /p pPlease submit your application using the online form and including a detailed CV and a cover letter. /p pApplication’s deadline: The call will be closed as soon as a suitable candidate is found. /p pThe availability of this position is conditional upon the final signature of the agreement between INAIL and IIT, which is currently in progress. /p pbTo discover more about life at IIT, visit the dedicated section here: /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
