EduTalent Group are seeking an experienced and passionate IBDP English Language & Literature Teacher to join a leading international school in the Lombardy Region from January 2026.

The Role
You will teach English Language and Literature within the IB Diploma Programme, contributing to a dynamic and supportive department. The school offers a rich and inclusive curriculum, combining inquiry-based learning and a STEAM approach that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging and well-structured IBDP English Language & Literature lessons
- Inspire students to think critically and communicate effectively
- Design and deliver inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with IB principles
- Assess student progress, providing constructive and timely feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and foster a culture of academic growth
Requirements
- MUST have full right to work in Italy / EU
- MUST have experience teaching IB Diploma Programme English Language & Literature
- Minimum C2 level of English proficiency
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Available to start January 2026
- PGCE QTS
