Ph3BBM Escalation Specialist, Amazon Maintenance Operation Centre /h3 pWe are seeking a dedicated Base Building Maintenance Escalation Specialist to join our Amazon Maintenance Operations Centre (AMOC) team. This role is essential in providing 24/7 monitoring and response for our global facility network, ensuring continuous operation through effective vendor management and technical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for first-line monitoring, vendor dispatch coordination, and escalation management across multiple Amazon business units. /p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond to and triage incoming work requests within standard service level agreements (SLAs) /li liManage remote works from start to end, including work order/purchase order raising and receipting /li liCommunicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders (Reliability Maintenance Engineering, Ops, HS etc.) /li liProvide updates on vendor status, take the lead on coordinating works during an escalation /li liIdentify and escape critical issues through appropriate channels to maintain equipment reliability and minimize operational impact /li liMonitor, respond to, and manage refrigeration alarm systems, ensuring timely response to critical alerts /li liManage and prioritize work queues based on urgency and SLA requirements /li liCoordinate with local vendors and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of facility issues /li liExecute emergency response procedures during critical facility incidents /li liDocument all actions and maintain accurate case records /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives for processes and procedures /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent /li liExperience in technical support, facilities management, or related field /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills /li liExcellent written and verbal communication abilities /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite /li liExperience with CMMS systems and work order management /li liAbility to work in a 24/7 shift environment /li liCustomer service oriented with strong attention to detail /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liAssociate's degree in technical field or equivalent experience /li liKnowledge of building maintenance systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical) /li liExperience with vendor/contractor management /li liMulti-lingual capabilities /li liPrevious experience in a command center or operations environment /li liFamiliarity with building automation systems /li /ul pOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
