Responsibilities
- Coordinating mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical assembly activities for plant units and external suppliers.
- Assisting the Construction Manager during project implementation phases.
- Ensuring coordination and liaison between headquarters and construction sites, including technical offices, purchasing departments, and project managers.
- Drafting work schedules and verifying legislative compliance in the country where the construction site is located.
- Assessing budget adequacy for work schedules and reporting inconsistencies to management.
- Assisting in the development of the Operational Safety Plan (POS).
- Defining necessary technical and professional requirements (visas, work permits, qualifications, etc.) for personnel or companies employed on construction sites.
- Verifying documentation produced by construction sites and requesting timely submission of work progress reports, timesheets, and non-conformities.
- Checking contract costs (preparing the Cost Summary) and reporting out-of-pocket or extra costs to management.
Technical Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or industrial technical diploma.
- 5–6 years of experience in the field.
- Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (civil, mechanical, piping, electrical).
