Responsibilities:
1. Managing the replenishment from production sites and/or suppliers and follows up deliveries. Being the single contact per production site/supplier purchasing for all organizations in his/her region and exceptionally also for other regions in case of international suppliers.
2. Defines supply capacity needs (short-mid term). Checks available capacity against demand and initiates measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand.
3. Communicates, manages, and solves actual and potential supply issues and take allocation decisions in case of bottleneck.
4. Manages phase-in/ phase-out situations in alignment with Category SCM and local SCMs.
5. Responsible to achieve agreed stock levels and Service levels for his/her region.
6. Provides input to procurement on supplier performance, if managing Supply Planning from external suppliers.
7. Contributes to SCM projects (process improvements, new SCM solutions).
8. Developing tools for assessing Capacity VS Demand with external suppliers.
Qualifications:
9. Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering or applied scieces
10. 2 years’ experience in SCM Planning Dept ideally in consumer goods company or B2B
11. Knowledge of relevant ERP (MRP, parameters, Logics) and relevant Planning systems (SAP, IBP, ..)
12. Advance level of English ( B2/C1)
13. Team player with strong communication and influencing skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrix-organisation
