Such talent sits at the crossroads of finance, strategy data, operations, and franchising partners, helping shape where and how KIKO grows worldwide. Such talent will be a key finance partner, providing guidance, insights, and analysis to support the organization with decision‑making and to achieve strategic and budget targets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild financial and commercial models to support global decisions on Store Performance with its connected commercial KPIs. /li liFranchise negotiations and long‑term growth scenarios. /li liMaintain and evolve global growth and portfolio management budget and plans for franchised markets for all touch points: Enable and monitor automated data flows (SFTP → data lake), ensuring franchise data quality and consistency. /li liUse SQL and Python (plus) to automate manual processes and create scalable analytical tools. /li liProactively identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency across the global franchising portfolio. /li liCollaborate closely with retail operations, real estate, finance, supply chain teams, country organizations, franchising partners. /li liDevelop and maintain a toolbox of analytical frameworks and dashboards to support the franchising team's strategic work. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. /li li~3+ years of experience in an analytical, strategy, or data‑focused role. /li liTop class spreadsheet modelling skills (advanced Excel and Power BI). /li liStrong SQL skills; Python experience for automation/reporting is a plus. /li liAbility to structure complex problems and turn data into clear, actionable insights. /li liExperience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced, international environment. /li liFluency in English. /li liStrong communication skills — able to explain complex analyses to non‑technical stakeholders. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
