Program will modernize our transactional processes and harmonize them into a single “clean” ERP platform, simplifying the Pharm ERP landscape from seven to one and remediating end‑of‑life system exposure.

Accountable For Product

Design & Solutioning
\n
Gather, refine, and document functional requirements for MDG in collaboration with business stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. Conduct workflow analysis to understand current‑state processes and propose optimized governance workflows.
\n
Perform gap analysis between existing MDG functionality and business needs. Support solution design to ensure compliance with master data governance principles and global platform standards.
\n
Accountable For Delivery
\n
Maintain and prioritize the Agile backlog, ensuring scope alignment with project capacity and timelines. Oversee development, testing, and cutover activities to confirm delivery meets functional specifications and aligns with the project plan. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, Scrum ceremonies, and solution reviews.
\n
Execute hands‑on testing, validation, and acceptance checks for developed solutions. Track and report deliverables against planned milestones and acceptance criteria.
\n
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
\n
Partner closely with internal business stakeholders to confirm priorities, clarify requirements, and gain acceptance for deliverables.\nWork with the integration partner to validate technical feasibility and align solution design with global standards.\nProvide transparent progress updates, risks, and issue tracking for all MDG‑related developments.\nSupport change management and user adoption through preparation and review of documentation.

Governance, Compliance & Quality
\n
Ensure all MDG developments adhere to security, compliance, and data protection requirements.\nEmbed data quality controls and governance principles into MDG workflows.\nContribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and documentation standards.
\n
Required Minimum Education\nA minimum of a bachelor’s degree.\nRequired Years of Related Experience\nA minimum of 6 years of overall working experience, 5+ years of experience with workflow‑based master data governance platforms (SAP MDG or similar).\nRequired Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
\n
Strong understanding of master data governance processes and principles.\nProven ability to translate business requirements into functional IT deliverables in large enterprise projects.\nStrong knowledge of SAP data structures, especially in master data domains (materials, vendors, customers).
\n
Experience working in Agile environments and with backlog/user story management tools (e.g., Jira).>\nStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail in evaluating processes and data.
\n
Experience collaborating with external integration partners and internal business process owners.\nAbility to create process maps, swim‑lane diagrams, and workflow documentation using appropriate diagramming tools.
\n
Experience in functional testing and validating MDG deliverables against acceptance criteria.\nAbility to query and analyze data using SQL or SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fiori apps, Analysis for Office).\nUnderstanding of integration touchpoints between MDG and surrounding SAP/non‑SAP systems.
\n
Skills to perform gap analysis and functional impact assessments.\nAbility to review and provide feedback on functional specifications and configuration documentation.
