Synergie Italia Spa, branch in Rome Termini, is recruiting for an important client operating in the large-scale retail sector (GDO):
Position
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
* Setting up and restocking the bakery counter.
* Direct sales and customer service at the counter.
* Quality control of products and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
* Restocking, cleaning, and proper storage of food items.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef, preferably in GDO or similar environments.
* Experience as a bakery/pastry counter clerk with customer sales activities.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Flexible working hours, availability to work shifts and on holidays.
* Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
Additional Information
We offer:
* Initial fixed-term contract in temporary employment with a trial period from 21/08 to 31/08, with the possibility of extension.
* Salary and classification based on experience.
* Work location: Rome – Talenti area.
