It supports end‑to‑end business workflows across sales, design, production, supply chain, and logistics, ensuring data and process consistency from order intake to delivery. The position also involves managing product catalogues and production rules, supporting planning and inventory processes, and providing technical‑functional support and user training on Cyncly software and industry design tools.\n\nMain responsibilities: \n\nProcess Analysis and Functional Consulting \n\nAnalyze business processes of manufacturing companies in the furniture sector (kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry).\nMap operational and information flows between departments: sales, technical office, purchasing, production, logistics, and warehouse.\nSupport clients in defining functional requirements and standardizing processes.\nEnsure proper integration between production, supply chain, procurement, and services.\n\nConfiguration and Management of the Production ERP System \n\nConfigure the ERP system structure, including security, roles, and permissions.\nConfigure workflows, statuses, checkpoints, and process rules.\nManage customization tools (custom attributes, dynamic forms, lookup matrices, criteria, and conditions).\nConfigure interfaces, forms, dashboards, and reports.\nMonitor the system and manage troubleshooting activities.\n\nUser Training and Support \n\nProvide functional support to end users.\nDeliver training on the use of the ERP system and related software.\nSupport go-live and post go-live activities.\nStay continuously up to date on Cyncly software developments and industry best practices.\n\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n\nHigh school diploma, technical diploma, or university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)\nSolid understanding of core production ERP system principles\nStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team, with strong listening and communication skills\nHigh level of motivation, commitment, and reliability\nStrong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, principles, and techniques\nProficient in common software tools (web browsers, Microsoft Office, etc.)\nGood to excellent knowledge of MS SQL\nFamiliarity with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar reporting tools\nExcellent command of Italian (written and spoken)\nGood to excellent command of English\nInterest in the furniture and design industry\nGoal‑oriented and proactive work attitude\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably within the wood or furniture manufacturing sector\n\n\nOpportunities with KBFm BU \n\nThe KBFm business unit offers distinctive opportunities in a one-of-a-kind workplace setting.
