Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. As a Digital Asset Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the control, management, formatting, and archiving of digital media assets for our clients and internal teams.
Manage the lifecycle of digital assets, including ingestion, organization, and archiving
Ensure proper control and access to media files across platforms and teams
Maintain digital asset repositories and ensure compliance with company standards
Monitor asset quality and integrity, implementing best practices for storage and backup
Stay updated on digital asset management trends and technologies
Experience in digital asset management or media management
Proficiency with digital asset management tools and platforms
Academic background: information technology, media, or related field is a plus
Fluent English & Italian.
