Your Responsibilities
1. Develop high-voltage BLDC motor controllers, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection (MOSFETs, IGBTs, gate drivers, capacitors)
2. Optimize designs for efficiency, thermal management, and EMI/EMC compliance
3. Run simulations to assess circuit behaviour and thermal performance (SPICE, MATLAB / Simulink)
4. Lead the activities for building samples and prototypes before the start of serial production; define testing requirements to validate the prototype
5. Prototype testing using oscilloscopes, power analysers, and environmental chambers
6. Conduct EMI/EMC testing and troubleshoot issues
7. Validate designs according to automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC-Q100/101)
8. Produce final documentation for PCBA production (BOM - schematic - Gerber file - component specification)
9. Collaborate with our international team of engineers
