Discover extraordinary* every day. /ph3Responsibilities /h3olliCoordinate daily operations and maintain strong relationships with the European external warehouses. /liliAct as the primary point of contact between Fedrigoni and external warehouse providers, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution. /liliDefine and implement efficient information exchange procedures in collaboration with IT, ensuring data accuracy and system alignment. /liliDefine, monitor, and report warehouse performance KPIs. /liliPartner with Procurement to embed service levels and KPIs into supplier agreements and contracts. /liliEnsure accurate stock management through regular reconciliation and inventory control processes, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. /liliConduct periodic audits of external warehouses to ensure compliance with Fedrigoni standards in terms of inventory accuracy, quality, service levels, and contractual KPIs. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance, efficiency, and service quality. /liliMonitor logistics costs related to external warehouses. /liliOversee invoice verification, matching, and approval processes to ensure financial accuracy. /liliCollaborate with Procurement on supplier selection, pricing agreements, and contract management. /liliClosely monitor day-to-day warehouse activities and proactively manage exceptions, unforeseen events, and urgent operational needs to ensure business continuity. /li /olh3Who we are looking for /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics will be considered a plus /liliProven experience in warehouse and logistics operations, ideally with third-party providers (3PL) /liliStrong analytical skills with experience in KPI definition and performance monitoring /liliSolid understanding of inventory management and cost control principles /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /liliExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams /liliProactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement /liliStrong leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to lead teams, delegate responsibilities, and drive performance in a dynamic environment /liliFluent in English /li /ulh3Selection process /h3pYou will meet a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Director of the Global Supply Chain Service Operations and the HR team.
