Location**:Cantù (CO)** **Facility Maintenance Technician**is the role dedicated to the general maintenance and repair of all buildings, plants and company areas. He/she is responsible for the management and delivery of internal services at the various production sites. **Facility Maintenance Technician**that all assigned activities are carried out/performed in full compliance with the relevant safety rules and regulations and in accordance with the specified procedures. **Responsabilities**
- Manage ordinary mechanical and electrical maintenance activities carried out in the relevant sites, in compliance with production requirements and safety regulations;
- Oversee the wear and tear conditions of the installations, identifying the necessary maintenance operations and verifying their proper implementation by the internal maintenance services;
- Handle emergency calls during scheduled days;
- Contribute to the correct use of all documentation related to maintenance activities. **Activities**
- Provision and management of in-house services: heating and air conditioning systems, electrical, water and fire systems, and everything related to the maintenance of buildings, doors and windows, office furniture;
- Repairs of equipment and system structures;
- Coordination with external maintenance contractors;

- Technical diploma in electrical engineering;

- Ability to manage stress;
