Job Description
The person in the role will have the following responsibilities:
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team of approximately 80 employees in technical sales, purchasing, production, logistics, finance, HR, IT and customer service.
* Developing and implementing a clear sales strategy and business plan to achieve revenue, growth and profitability goals.
* Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while exploring new business opportunities.
* Collaborating with international teams and headquarter to promote the company's vision and objectives.
* Monitoring operational performance and ensuring compliance with external and internal company policies and procedures.
* Conducting ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
* Profit and loss of the subsidiary
* Technical office after customer service
The Successful Applicant
* At least 10 years of experience in B2B industrial manufacturing/engineering environment gained in general management roles with full P&L responsibility; previous experience in sales role will be considered an asset.
* Used to multinational environment.
* Management by objectives.
* Excellent knowledge of the specific industry (pumps/valves/heat exchangers/compressors/oil&gas).
