Wall Street English is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team in a role that combines the engaging responsibilities of an English Teacher with the supportive functions of a Study Advisor. About the Role This exciting position offers the opportunity to both deliver high-quality English language instruction and provide essential guidance and support to our students throughout their learning journey. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and effective learning environment, ensuring student success and satisfaction. What You'll Do: As an English Teacher: - Deliver engaging and effective English lessons following the Wall Street English Method. - Create a dynamic and interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and progress. - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and materials. As a Study Advisor: - Set a warm, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for all students. - Guide students through the Wall Street English Method, promoting effective study habits. - Provide personalized study advice and motivation to help students achieve their learning objectives. - Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and conduct follow-up sessions. - Manage class bookings and administrative tasks, including covering reception duties as needed. - Act as a primary point of contact for students, addressing their queries and concerns. What You'll Bring: - Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent). - Certification: Hold an appropriate professional teaching qualification (CELTA or equivalent TEFL certificate is mandatory). - Language Proficiency: C1 level proficiency both in English and italian - Experience: Previous experience in English language teaching and/or welcoming and student advisory roles is highly desirable. - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - A proactive and problem-solving attitude. - Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in basic office software. - Mobility (preferred): Possession of an own car and a valid European driving license may be preferred for potential in-company classes or travel between centers.
