You'll be in charge of: The purpose of this role is to provide support to the areas below, in accordance with Global Total Reward & Global Mobility Manager: Total Reward - Support the design, administration, and reporting of global compensation, benefits, and incentive programs. - Assist in job evaluation, data analysis, and market benchmarking activities. - Contribute to global HR projects related to wellbeing initiatives Global Mobility - Support HR teams worldwide in managing cross-border travel and assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, and social security requirements. - Assist in maintaining the Global Mobility policy and performing analyses on compensation packages and cost simulations. Labor Cost - Delivering ad-hoc analyses to manage budget, forecast and actual You are the right person if you: - Have a Master Degree in HR, Economics - Have advanced level of proficiency in both written and spoken English - Possess strong numerical and analytical abilities - Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Are capable of handling confidential information with discretion - Show adaptability and a problem-solving mindset What else?
