 
        Ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Communication Assistant Coordinator to support our Global Communication Manager in planning, creating, and executing communication initiatives across markets. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our brand identity and positioning remains consistent, strategic, and aligned with our global vision. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liSupport the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns. /li liCoordinate daily communication activities and ensure timely delivery of projects and deadlines. /li liMonitor media coverage, track performance, and prepare analytical reports. /li liCollaborate with internal departments (content, design, and production) to gather materials and align messaging. /li liAssist in organizing and promoting global events, workshops, and PR activities at our Galleries worldwide. /li liMaintain and update contact databases and outreach lists (including the Fueguia 1833 Community). /li liManage gifting initiatives for selected target audiences and follow up on appointments. /li liProvide administrative support such as invoice tracking, supplier coordination, and payment follow-up. /li liPrepare strategic presentations and market reports for senior management. /li liContribute to new launch reporting, communication analysis, and performance tracking at POS. /li liInternal Communication : schedule monthly calls with DOS Galleries to gather insights and feedback on ongoing operations, and manage internal newsletters to share updates on strategy, launches, and new content introductions. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. /li li3 years of experience in communication or marketing roles. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liProficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms. /li liStrong organizational and multitasking abilities. /li liA proactive team player with problem-solving skills. /li liProfessional English fluency (to be assessed during the second-round interview). /li liA hands-on, creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liPrevious experience in the luxury industry is considered an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
