Your key responsibilities
Real Estate Valuations, Business Valuations, Financial Instruments Valuations, Business Modeling, Business Analysis, Analysis of Extraordinary Finance Transactions
Knowledge of non‑performing loan (NPL) management models
Knowledge of the NPL market
Knowledge of the main national and international regulations and regulatory frameworks related to credit management
A good knowledge of the Office suite and the English language, as well as familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.
Skills and attributes for success
Work experience of 4 to 6 years within Corporate Finance teams in top consulting firms, banks, or financial boutiques.
Expertise in valuation, preferably within the Real Estate sector
Excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
Fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Teamwork-oriented mindset and solid problem‑solving abilities.
