Junior Customer Service Logistics

We are a growing team looking for a Junior Customer Service Logistics professional in the Operations department to support our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is based in our Milan office.
As a Customer Service Logistics team member, you will support managing client communications and operational tasks to deliver high-quality service. Your responsibilities include:
* Advising customers and being their first point of contact;
* Scheduling transport requests;
* Understanding customer needs and providing responsive support, solutions, and improvements;
* Analyzing and improving customer networks;
* Representing the company professionally and ethically;
* Sharing knowledge with other departments to enhance process quality.
Requirements include:
* Experience working closely with clients;
* 1-2 years in Customer Service, preferably in Transportation/Linehaul/Couriers;
* Experience with data analysis;
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office;
* Attention to detail and organizational skills;
* Effective communication skills;
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to understand internal processes and communicate effectively in Italian and English.
