From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. /ppPurpose of the Job /ppPlan and manage all Test Commissioning activities for the project in support to the Project Manager ensuring application of the project’s strategy (including QCD commitment) and compliance with métier strategy, policies, standards, local regulations and professional standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the TC team on field /liliCollaborate with the VV manager to define the VV strategy to be applied in lab and on field /li /ulh3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliResponsible for the QCD commitment of the TC Work Package /liliPro-actively manages internal interfaces with Project Engineering, Industrial and Warranty, and external interfaces with Partners, third parties and Customers /liliDeploys TC process on the field and ensures it is applied by the TC team within the project /liliPro-actively manages internal interfaces with project engineering, installation and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties and Customers for TC activities /liliDelivers TC plans, procedures, method statements and coordinates staffing and training of the TC team /liliPrepares and manages Test Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistics /liliEnsures EHS compliance (Zero deviation), reports and anticipates issues /liliManages the TC team: ensures EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination; trains and supports people in TC activities; participates in Subsystem Leader, Engineer and Technician assessment of competency /liliManages the tools and organizes accurate calibration /liliAnticipates issues and reports/alerts on progress, issues and risks to the RC TCM and to the PM /liliEnsures that all design related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools, including the defect description and associated test context /liliMonitors/manages QCD performance delivery (including EHS and Railway safety) of the work package TC as per customer and solution/system requirements /liliIssues the REX on TC activities, and proposes updates/improvements of the TC way of working/process/tools and the TC Reference Library /li /ulh3Location /h3pBari, Bologna or Rome site.
