Over the course of 2 years, you will absorb their knowledge, build strong customer relationships, and eventually step into a leadership role for the region.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentManage and expand Thermore’s client base across North America, with a primary focus on the outdoor and sportswear markets.Identify new business opportunities in the fashion and lifestyle sectors.Deliver against sales targets and market share goals.Client Relationship ManagementMaintain strong, consultative relationships with existing customers and cultivate long-term partnerships.Serve as a trusted advisor on thermal insulation technologies, sustainability benefits, and product applications.Strategic Account TransitionTrain under the current North American Sales Director for two years, gradually taking over key accounts and responsibilities.Ensure a seamless handover of knowledge
