Responsibilities
\n
- Take full ownership of the design brief, translating it into bold and coherent design directions
- Manage and oversee projects throughout all development phases, ensuring quality and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the R&D; team to align design intent with engineering feasibility
Skills required:\n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle design (7+ preferred)
- Strong ability to coordinate teams and manage complex design projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, leadership-oriented attitude
- Ability to interact effectively during full-scale (1:1) clay modelling phases, providing guidance and ensuring fidelity to the design vision
