Ph3Global HRIS Solutions Specialist- Workday (Maternity Cover - 12 months) /h3 pDematic has an immediate need for a Global HR Solutions (HRS) Specialist to join our winning team. In this role, you will be a core team member of Dematic's Global HR Solutions organization, responsible for partnering with our broader HR organization to deliver innovative and effective technical and process-oriented solutions across the tools and technology we use today. This includes integration support, technology enhancements, and corporate-driven implementations. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training. /p h3Tasks and Qualifications /h3 pbThis is What You Will Do in This Role: /b /p ul liMonitor Workday support requests volume through Salesforce reporting and recommend ways to reduce quantity and improve service quality and speed /li liMain point of contact in resolving tickets /li liDematic’s Workday System Security expert, understand the security design and application to Dematic organization, work with users on security setup requests and conduct periodic audits of security role assignments /li liSupport and help drive process improvement projects in partnership with HR Solutions team /li liAssists in change management and roll out of training activities related to HR Solutions /li liConsult with HR users to understand business needs and translate them into functional system enhancement requirements /li liLiaise with parent company, KION, central support and implementation team to design and deliver enhancements /li liPartner with HR Project Managers and Business Analyst to support the continuous improvement of HR processes and the identification of automation opportunities /li liPartner with HR Reporting, HRIS, and IT teams to improve connections and integrations with downstream systems and data mining activity /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liDemonstrates KION Core Values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Courage. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar business field. /li li3+ years in HRIS/HR Transformation consulting or HRIS roles based on Workday in complex organizations. /li liWorkday HCM and other Workday modules certifications are a plus. /li liAbility to initiate and drive projects to completion. /li liExperience with ticketing systems and management of incidents/Service requests with a structured and organized approach. /li liExperience in assessing/analyzing HR business requirements and identification of technical solutions. /li liAbility to proactively identify HR and/or Workday improvement opportunities. /li liAbility to see the big picture and make relevant connections between different HR processes. /li liExcellent customer management and business literacy skills, able to accurately interpret business objectives and needs. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. /li liStrong ability to balance competing priorities and flexibility to re-prioritize. /li liAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and topics. /li liAbility to proactively identify and address potential gaps in processes or information to ensure successful implementation of projects. /li liAbility to collaborate with internal and external teams to build partnerships that drive synergies and alignment to ensure successful execution of projects. /li liAbility to establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders to truly understand and proactively meet their needs. /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 pMid-Senior level /p h3Employment Type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Job Function /h3 pHuman Resources /p h3Industries /h3 pTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
