Overview For our Trezzo sull’Adda location, we are looking for a Quality Textile Specialist with experience in the textile industry to ensure compliance with the high-quality standards of our luxury home linen. The resource will be responsible for quality technical control of fabrics and finished products, managing complaints, and collaborating with various departments for continuous improvement of production processes. Responsibilities Conduct quality and technical checks on fabrics and finished products to verify compliance with company standards. Collaborate with the weaving, finishing, and tailoring departments to identify and resolve production defects. Analyze and manage customer complaints related to technical issues, identify causes, and propose effective solutions. Monitor and improve production processes focusing on quality and sustainability. Prepare quality control reports and propose corrective actions. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials meet the required quality standards. Work in a team with the production and commercial departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Works with the QA colleagues to complete QA tasks and activities. Diploma as a Textile Technician or equivalent qualification. Several years of experience in a textile company operating in weaving, finishing, or home linen tailoring. Excellent knowledge of fabric characteristics, processing, and finishing techniques. Good command of the English language (written and spoken) for dealing with international suppliers and clients. Ability to work in a team and interact with various company departments. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proactivity and problem-solving skills in managing non-conformities.
