Ph3Purpose of the job /h3 pIn PI Spares Repairs specialist management role, you are in charge of defining and controlling adequate inventory level of materials and the management of whole Repair Loop, in order to fulfil Warranty Operations requirements while minimizing cash immobilization. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the Services Material planning and Inventory strategy according to customers’ Warranty obligations and internal constraints; /li liGuarantee material availability through appropriate needs scheduling and follow‑up; /li liImprove Services performance in term of materials' availability and inventory management; /li liInterface with all internal and external functions to grant that repair orders would be managed and processed within the targeted time; /li liDefine the order‑reorder strategy to optimise the inventory coverage reducing the stock‑out occurrences; /li liSet parts categories (based on ABC, variability, business type...etc) for defining planning strategy and stock replenishment; /li liManage shipment's requests, both from Central Warehouse to Customers, both from Customers to Repair centres, according to Alstom procedures; /li liAssure the full traceability of broken parts, to be repaired, within the company SAP system; /li liSupport and follow‑up the warehouse people, providing all info required, in order to guarantee that all materials will be shipped/delivered to Customers according to maintenance priorities; /li liProvide to sourcing department the forecast of the material needs and the list of priorities in terms of source of supplying to be according to the contracts; /li liDefine and implement action plans and improvements in the planning process; /li liDefine and set‑up ERP parameters to implement material planning strategies and ensure the data accuracy on SAP; /li liImprove the specific tools used for planning, based on the historical data and according to the customers plan; /li liAnalyse Inventory content for correcting planning strategies; /li liDefine, implement and manage improvement plans in regard of Inventory reduction; /li liMeasure performance in Supply Chain processes and create reports for analysis. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of SAP and other informative systems to manage materials; /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; /li liAbility in data extracting and manipulation; /li liExcellent knowledge of English language; /li liExperience in Supply Chain (almost 2 years); /li liGood attitude to personal relationships and Team Working; /li liReliability, flexibility and motivation. /li /ul h3Equal opportunity statement /h3 pAlstom is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all our employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
