Are you a young and talented graduate with a diploma or a bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with a passion for growing in technical sales? Join Ecolab's industry‑leading Textile Care team as a Commercial Laundry Territory Manager in Lombardia. You will make a positive impact on our commercial laundry customers as you provide expert consultation and solutions that improve linen quality, boost operating efficiencies and enhance sustainability.

Our customers trust us to help clean 33 billion pounds of linens annually. Ecolab Textile Care provides solutions, personal service, and consulting for the entire wash process for commercial laundry operators. By joining a team designing and supporting programs to meet customers’ needs, you’ll have the opportunity to provide innovative wash programs and sustainable cleaning solutions to reduce total operating costs and carbon footprint.

How You'll Make An Impact

Develop strategic work plans for completing service/consultation calls with existing customers

Define washing programs and set the dosages on laundry machines

Carry out chemical analyses (measure conductivity, pH, titrations)

Leverage your technical aptitude as you troubleshoot laundry machines and dispensing systems

Support Sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative laundry products and chemicals, processes & programs

Support Sales team in providing extensive hands‑on product and solution training

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a technical, service, or industrial environment

A valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle recordWillingness to travel within your assigned territory

Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset

The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and service teams

English proficiency at B2 level or higher
