Ph3Mission /h3 pThe Program Manager is accountable for the end to end governance, coordination, and delivery of a program composed of multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and realization of business value. The role operates at a strategic and cross functional level, providing overall direction, coherence, and prioritization across projects, stakeholders, and regions. The Program Manager ensures effective execution at scale while maintaining strong oversight on risks, dependencies, and benefits realization. The role is part of the Service Excellence organization and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving after sales performance, service processes, quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. In this context, the Program Manager provides strategic coordination and governance, ensuring alignment across projects, consistency of execution, and value realization, while acting as a key interface between Service Excellence, Digital/ICT, and regional stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and maintain the program vision, objectives, and roadmap in line with business strategy. /li liEnsure coherence, alignment, and prioritization across all projects within the program. /li liDefine and manage governance structures, decision frameworks, and escalation paths. /li liMonitor overall program performance, risks, interdependencies, and critical issues. /li liCoordinate multiple projects and workstreams within the program. /li liEnsure alignment of timelines, scope, priorities, and resources. /li liManage interdependencies and conflicts between projects. /li liSupport sequencing and prioritization decisions to optimize business value. /li liOversee execution through Project Managers or Stream Owners. /li liEnsure delivery against agreed milestones, quality standards, and expected benefits. /li liIdentify and address program level risks and issues, driving mitigation actions. /li liEnsure consistent execution across functions, regions, and stakeholders. /li liAct as the primary interface for program sponsors and senior management. /li liCoordinate with central functions, regions, and external partners. /li liEnsure alignment between business, ICT, and operational stakeholders. /li liSupport change management activities to enable adoption and sustainability. /li liDefine and track program KPIs and benefits. /li liEnsure delivery of expected business outcomes, beyond individual project outputs. /li liMonitor value realization and propose corrective actions where required. /li liConsolidate and present program reporting to governance bodies and executive management. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul li10–15 years of professional experience in Program Management, managing complex, multi project initiatives. /li liStrong background in project management and cross functional coordination. /li liProven ability to manage strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders. /li liExperience in regional or international environments is a strong asset. /li liDemonstrated experience managing multiple Project Managers or workstreams. /li liStrong leadership, influencing, and decision making capabilities. /li liStrategic thinking combined with execution focus. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities. /li liResults oriented and value driven mindset. /li liUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent. /li liProject / Program Management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus. /li liFluent English is mandatory.
