Your responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions
2. Oversee the organization's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency
3. Identify opportunities to enhance automation processes and CRM functionalities to better meet business objectives
4. Identify relevant insights for the team and for the different stakeholders in the field of Marketing Automation and share them in a clear, concise and visual way
5. Coordinate external resources\agencies
Your profile:
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics, Computer Sciences or a related field
7. At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of CRM and Marketing Automation
8. Analytical and digital technology interest, excellent communication skills, process-oriented way of thinking, and project management experience
9. CRM and integration experience, Salesforce ecosystem or Microsoft Dynamics knowledge are recommended
10. Fluent in English and preferably in Italian and/or German
