PpRINA is currently recruiting for a bIntegration System Engineer /b to join its office in bGenoa /b within the bElectronics and System Engineering /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThis role is focused on performing detailed plan and design reviews, resolving issues related to conflicting design requirements, ensuring client requirements and applicable standards are met. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liPerforming detailed engineering plan review, in compliance with applicable RINA rules, international conventions and contractual requirements /li liResolve issues related to conflicting design requirements and material standards /li liPerforming structural assessments and provide specialist advice for service delivery, research or development work within agreed broad parameters that include budget constraints and contractual requirements /li liOverseeing and managing day-to-day project elements, visit sites to take measurements /li liEnsure correct and up-to-date data is used and complete documentation is submitted to officials and other day-to-day duties /li liDeveloping project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced engineers /li liReviewing the project deliverables (technical reports, project performance documentations and engineering drawings, etc.) /li liReviewing progress reports and take appropriate action to ensure requirements are met /li liBeing aware and understand the Quality Policy /li liEnsuring that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the RINA QMS, controlling of data, taking care for equipment and workstation, and respecting delivery times, and any issue that contributes to both internal and external customer satisfaction /li liHe/she contributing to the QMS improvement according to his/her role /li liAssessing complex structural problems for internal/external clients to determine solutions with minimal supervision /li liAnswering complex contractor questions on behalf of the supervising engineer, and serve as liaisons between engineering and construction personnel /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Other /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of mechanical/electrical/electromechanical/hydraulic systems /li liReading and interpretation of technical drawings /li liAbility to perform risk analyses /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise /li /ul pAt RINA, we endeavor to create a work environment where every single person is valued and encouraged to develop new ideas.
