Weare looking for a Team Leader IT – Business Intelligence to lead our BIinitiatives and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate analytical needs into impactful solutions
* Ensure the smooth operation and strategic development of BI platforms and reporting tools
* Align BI strategies with company goals and market trends
* Mentor and guide BI team members to deliver high-quality, data driven solutions
* Explore and integrate AI and ML capabilities to automate insights and support advanced analytics
* Promote FinOps principles and data governance frameworks
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or related field
* 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data platforms / architecture, and strategic alignment
* Ideally leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement
* Experience with Microsoft Azure BI Services & AI/ML integration
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and a structured approach
* Fluent in English and either Italian or German
