Process Engineer Categoria: Industrial / ManufacturingLuogo di lavoro: BergamoProcess EngineerLocation: Bergamo (East) The Process Engineer will be responsible for analysing, mapping, and optimizing business (non-manufacturing) processes. The role will work closely with all internal functions and maintain an intensive collaboration with the HQ Process Intelligence Team, contributing to a large-scale transformation of workflows and digital systems.Key objectives include improving process efficiency, supporting the adoption of standard group solutions, and enabling the organization to successfully embrace change.Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis and Mapping:Conducts thorough analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.Designs and develops optimized processes, workflows, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.Creates detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.Works with cross-functional teams, including IT staff, business users, and management, to gather requirements, implement changes, and ensure alignment with business goals.Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented process changes and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.Provides training and support to users on new processes and new practices.Facilitates the adoption of new processes by providing support, communication, and training to affected teams.Uses process modelling tools, data analysis techniques, and other relevant technologies to support her/his work.Requisiti: Engineering degree (Industrial, Process, or similar). At least 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a structured company. Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and ability to manage priorities. Expertise in process mapping and process improvement methodologies. Solid project management capabilities. Good understanding of ERP systems (preferably Dynamics) and MES tools. Knowledge of Lean tools and techniques. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to motivate and support teams through change. Strong teamwork orientation and cross-functional collaboration. Proactivity and ability to challenge the status quo constructively. High level of curiosity and openness to learning.
