You’ll manage day-to-day office operations, organize internal events, handle inbound and outbound logistics for high-value equipment, and collaborate with vendors on business operations. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, and highly organized — someone who enjoys solving problems and keeping things on track even in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities Order management : Handle logistics for shipments (inbound and outbound), including high-value equipment, and assist with related paperwork. Office Administration : Oversee the smooth operation of the office, ensuring organization and efficiency. Assist with various administrative tasks, maintaining a well-structured and productive workflow. Plan and organize internal meetings, workshops, and team events while managing guest interactions and visits. Vendor Collaboration : Work closely with external partners, preparing documents and assisting in business operations.
