Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Financial Planning & Control (FP&C) workstream of One Finance, collaborating with the Anaplan Planning Product Owner on cross-functional initiatives. Designing the future global process and data structure for FP&C, ensuring alignment with IT architecture and process frameworks, and providing feedback and proposals. Promoting effective engineering of the technological ecosystem and interactions between components to support the global process. Defining relevant business requirements and overseeing their IT implementation, focusing on automation and stakeholder service for Group and Business Units. Maintaining and developing the existing data pipeline (Anaplan Planning) and implementing future enhancements. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: At least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly Solvency II and IFRS17. Experience in complex, structured environments involving global process and platform implementation. Deep understanding of insurance-specific processes such as Finance Planning & Control, Capital, Risk, and Financial Performance, with an engineering mindset. Proven ability to translate complex processes and data requirements into IT solutions, including requirement definition, translation, and user acceptance testing. Skills in finance data modeling, data pipeline setup, and reporting, utilizing programming languages. Familiarity with Anaplan or Google technologies is preferred.
