The Role We seek a passionate Community Manager with a love for social media, especially TikTok, to support one of our largest accounts. You should be active on TikTok and believe in its potential to build brands and connect authentically with audiences. This role is dynamic and culture-driven, requiring a proactive, front-footed approach. You will report to a senior Community Manager in London, collaborate with teams across Europe, and work on delivering insights-driven content. Your focus will be on engaging the Italian community and establishing regional TikTok tone and relevance, supporting our expanding global brand client. The task at hand Respond to customer comments and queries promptly and professionally. Use listening tools to monitor feedback and engagement, gauging brand sentiment. Share updates on key wins, conversations, and sentiment to inform reactive briefs and content relevance. Publish content across markets via Sprinklr, ensuring proper tagging for reporting. Stay informed about platform innovations and educate the team. Share your social media enthusiasm and knowledge with colleagues. Be proactive and hands-on in your work. Collaborate with Creative, Production, Analytics, Media, and Strategy teams to deliver integrated outputs. Own your work and take initiative. Identify and share key cultural moments, trends, and insights. Work iteratively and collaboratively, embracing a non-hierarchical approach. Create engaging, platform-specific copy that reflects the brand's tone of voice, seeking support from the creative team when needed.
