Private Equity Analyst – Portfolio Construction
Lion River – GPE is the department responsible for managing the Generali Group's Private Equity (PE) investments at a centralized Group level, including direction, supervision, coordination and control of all Group PE investments.
The Department is composed of two units: Group Private Equity Portfolio Construction and Group Private Equity Portfolio Management.
Responsibilities
* Screen the global PE market.
* Conduct business and financial due diligence on new PE investments (fund commitments and co‑investments).
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering.
* At least 3–4 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, and/or consulting.
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
* Proactive, strong team‑working orientation.
* Problem‑solving attitude and flexibility with priority dynamics.
* International mindset, independent of previous personal experience.
