Accountability and main activities: - End to end orders management: - Offer & order processing - Monitoring of offers submitted - Tracking and processing of orders confirmed - Placing orders with intercompany suppliers - Control of shipments from departure to arrival - Reporting of customer claims - Provide technical details to support fabrication dept. Skills and requirements - At least 2 years of previous experience in same role in customized products industry - Fair Knowledge of English language both written and spoken - Office, company ERP, CRM - Salesforce - Bachelor degree - Problem solving, team work attitude
