Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users. /li liInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. /li liPerform preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. /li liUse diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues. /li liHave a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. /li liWork effectively in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork.
