Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the key QA link between customers and internal teams, elevating quality performance and ensuring compliant, reliable products. You’ll work closely with Quality, Plant QC, Regulatory, and Operations to address customer needs and drive improvements. You’ll lead end-to-end handling of complaints, support audits, and maintain technical documentation, contributing to a culture of continuous quality. This position anchors the quality strategy within the Bolton Food unit in Italy and offers cross-functional impact at scale.

* Serve as technical point of contact for customers on quality, food safety, and product specifications
* Manage customer technical requests and coordinate with internal teams to validate information
* Handle customer and consumer complaints end-to-end, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
* Support customer audits and technical visits
* Prepare and maintain customer technical documentation
* Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement of customer service processes
Responsabilità
* Master’s degree in Food Technology or similar
* 5+ years of experience
* Knowledge of ISO 9001, GFSI, HACCP; ISO 22005, MSC and Social Accountability a plus
* Advanced in MS365 Office
* Professional proficiency in Italian and English (Spanish a plus)
* Strong technical leadership and analytical thinking
* Ability to manage projects and priorities
* Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration
* Continuous improvement mindset with focus on innovation
