PVS OTR New Unit Manager (Centrifugal Pump)
Our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.
Responsibilities
* Ensure timely project execution to meet customer commitments and support revenue recognition.
* Balance and prioritize resources across multiple projects and cooperate with all functions to maximize efficiency and throughput.
* Improve cost efficiency by optimizing material usage and labor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, quality delivery, and effective issue resolution.
* Enhance project profitability through scope control, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with PDT LDS to reduce the cost for new markets.
* Work with Product Development Teams to adapt solutions and reduce costs, enabling competitiveness in emerging markets.
* Actively support the development of junior team members and peers by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
* Serve as a role model and promoter of the GTE (Global Team Engagement) culture, helping to embed company values, drive engagement, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
* Represent the company in local industry associations and professional networks, strengthening external visibility, building partnerships, and staying aligned with market trends and best practices.
Qualifications
* Solid knowledge of Project Management in Turbomachinery with specificity to Centrifugal Pumps.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven track record of managing multiple priorities/projects and teams in a structured, deadline‑driven environment.
* Background in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial settings.
* Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally.
* Self‑starter and leader, able to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
