Job Description
\n
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with around 5+ years of experience, a strong background in Supply Chain projects, and solid SAP knowledge.
\n
You will act as a key interface between business and IT, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions, especially in warehouse and integration contexts.
\n
Your missions
\n
Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements in Supply Chain projects
\n
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
\n
Analyze and optimize existing business processes and IT systems
\n
Write functional specifications, user stories, and documentation
\n
Support solution design, testing phases, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
\n
Contribute to warehouse systems integration and related flows
\n
Ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions
\n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
\n
Your profile
\n
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
\n
Strong background in Supply Chain projects
\n
Good knowledge of SAP
\n
Proven experience working on IT or digital transformation projects
\n
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
\n
Expertise in warehouse integration
\n
Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written)
\n
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n
Strong analytical xlwpduy skills, autonomy, and problem-solving mindset
\n
Structured, adaptable, and comfortable in complex environments
\n
Availability to be on-site in Milan once per month
\n
