Work description:
* collect business requests, prepare ticket
* coordinate activity between outsourcer and HW suppliers
* monitor the delivery and the service level of the outsourcer
* attend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAs
* guarantee the quality of the asset management
* act as interface between outsourcer and end users support
