Software Integration Engineer – Model Based Analysis - Defense Industry
Brain Technologies is searching for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop macro-models for system analysis using specified tools and frameworks.
* Support the evolution of analysis models to enhance integration capabilities.
* Perform testing and validation of developed models to ensure compliance with system requirements.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, software development, and quality assurance.
* Maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress reports.
* Ensure adherence to industry standards, configuration management, and quality assurance processes.
* Participate in project meetings and coordinate activities with stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in C++ and Qt framework (5.x) for UI development.
* Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux (7.x, 8.x, 9.x) and Windows environments.
* Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, VirtualBox).
* Previous experience in system integration, particularly within command and control or naval defense systems.
* Availability for short and medium-term travel within Italy.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with software development tools such as GIT and Visual Studio.
* Knowledge of model-based system engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
* Familiarity with industrial software development processes and best practices.
