Senior Graphic Designer (In-house – Milan)
We’re Metis, a visual and strategic communication studio based in South Milan. As our client base and project complexity grow, we’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team on a daily, in-house basis.
What you’ll do
* Lead the visual development of branding, campaigns, social media, and editorial projects
* Translate strategic briefs into solid, coherent visual systems
* Work closely with Art Director, Copywriter, and Project Manager, contributing also at a conceptual level
* Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with confidence and speed
* Interact directly with clients when needed, including international ones
* Proactively improve visual quality and identify opportunities to enhance projects
* Help raise and maintain the overall design standard of the studio
Who we’re looking for
* 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer (agency or structured environment)
* Strong visual culture, taste, and attention to detail
* High autonomy in managing priorities, timing, and revisions
* Ability to explain and defend design choices with clarity
* Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
* Comfortable in a senior, hands-on role with creative and strategic responsibility
* Experience supporting or guiding junior designers is a plus
